R&C Packing and Custom Butchering, Inc. is a fully licensed and State-Inspected facility. What does this mean for you? Strict standards are met in order to ensure food safety. Among these standards that we must follow, we also have our own policies. This includes but is not limited to scheduling.
Harvest days include: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (for scalded hogs) – We always schedule a day ahead of the actual day of harvest.
Processing days include: Monday through Friday
You may pick up and/or buy meat (retail) Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.
We are closed on Sundays.
